So Who’s this John Guy?
Hey there! My name is John and I welcome you to my Shoe Blog. I have been keeping my body on toes for more than 12 years (still going strong) and I’m a person who is downright crazy about the footwear. Why you say! Well, shoes are the part of your gear that takes the most tolls whether you run or walk. Of course, you are putting your entire body weight on them. So they better be in good condition to provide your feet with the proper support that they deserve.
It’s not all about running or walking, you need to have the right pair for your sporting or any other outdoor activities. You don’t have to be a NASA scientist to understand the science behind the foot comfort.
Before I fell in love with running, I was a competitive cyclist and a decent swimmer. But once I got settled in my life I started to focus on cardio and for that running is a quick solution. You don’t need a pool for that and you certainly don’t have to deal with the repairs if your cycle breaks in the middle of a trail. It’s just a matter of maintaining your fitness and of course wearing the right footwear.
A Shoes/Running Blog! Why John?
I have always been an enthusiast about my gear. The thing I noticed was that most of the review websites don’t present the viewers with accurate information. I guess they are not to blame because the brands that pay them to rate their products higher and present the viewers with all the sugar are at the back end. Surely, the reviewing sites also have to take some blame because they claim to be ethical (but that is not the case).
So, I decided to come up with my own blog and providing my visitors with plenty of authentic information about the new shoes that hit the market along with the various shoes reviews and definitely some exciting tips and news on running.
Why Should We Trust You, John?
You might be thinking that John cannot be serious about what he’s saying here that he knows everything about shoes. There are gazillion other sources where I can check and confirm. Well trust me guys I do know them all, how! Well, I also have more than five years of working experience in the footwear divisions of Adidas, Reebok, and Nike. How’s that!
Now you will be thinking that John is only going to promote these three brands like their selling agent. But guess what, I don’t work for them anymore so all the shoes and running gears that I’ll review in my blog will be totally based on my own personal experience or from some of my friends and peers who are also nerds like me for running gear and shoes.
I’m already receiving a great response because there are so many brands other brands to test except the 3 that I have mentioned above. Now, I’m not saying that these three brands are no good hands down. Some of their shoes are excellent in terms of technology and performance. But different people have different priorities when it comes to shoes.
Wait, What the Heck John, the Review Sites are Flawed?
Calm down, guys! Not all of them are all about commissions. Some of them are honest in what they state but not all their reviews are accurate. It’s about transparency. I’m not saying that I’m a see-through guy but my reviews are crystal clear because they are based on my personal experience.
No matter which type of shoe you are looking for, John has got you covered. I’ll be reviewing different brands and their shoes with varying specialties and this blog are about to be your best online source for running tips and footwear. If you would like to join me in my quest then you are most welcome, I can always use a helping hand and a mind that is on the run all the time (no puns intended).
You’ll encounter different price comparisons and click to buy buttons with links that will take you to the online stores. Don’t worry you won’t be charged any extra bucks. However, you may get some discount deals if you’re diverted through our website.
ShoesBurst is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program that means my blog may get small commissions or advertisement fee that are necessary to run it.
The objective of this blog is to provide both experienced and novice runner with information that allows them to make the right buying decision. I’ll review the freshest pairs out and explaining their state-of-the-art characteristics and technologies in simple explanation for your understanding.
So have fun runners and enjoy my blog!
